CF shopping centres across Canada are ‘upping their digital game’ for the holidays with advanced guest services for a more enhanced and connected shopping experience.
Technology such as a text-based concierge called CF SHOP! Text will help answer a range of questions pertaining to shopping trends, seasonal décor and where to find the best selection of a particular item.
In addition, mobile charging stations and upgraded, free WiFi will also be available, with fast and easy to use connection speeds. Shoppers will also experience personalized emails and new, mobile-friendly websites.
Over at CF Sherway Gardens, CF Pacific Centre and CF Rideau Centre, customers will be able to plan their trip more efficiently by using new in-mall, interactive digital directories to browse retailers and promotions.
