Nobel Real Estate Investment Trust (Nobel REIT) has purchased two Montreal-based industrial properties for more than $10 million.

Both properties are located near the Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau International Airport in the borough of Saint-Laurent.

Sierra Flower Trading Inc. and Litron Canada are the main tenants of the first property, which is situated on more than 260,000 square feet at 935-965 rue Reverchon.

The second property can be found at 3490 rue Griffith and is comprised of more than 100,000 square feet. The site is fully leased, with NCS International and Jet Equipment & Tools as its main tenants.

“With today’s addition of two properties, the REIT now owns close to 400,000 square feet of gross leasable area, a growth of about 450 per cent from the same date last year,” said Jean Teasdale, president and chief executive officer of Nobel REIT. “We intend to keep up the momentum and continue our growth in the coming months.”
